Wychavon collects the black general-rubbish bin and the green recycling bin on alternating fortnightly weeks. The green bin takes plastic bottles and packaging (not black plastic), cans, tins, paper, card, and glass bottles and jars. Food waste currently goes in the black bin, with a separate weekly food collection being introduced across Worcestershire. Garden waste is a paid subscription (around £55 a year) collected fortnightly from a brown bin. Worcestershire County Council handles disposal.
