The green bin takes paper, card, tins, cans, glass bottles and jars, and plastic bottles, pots and tubs (but not black plastic). Food waste currently goes in the black bin (wrapped), with a separate weekly food collection being introduced across Worcestershire. Garden waste is a paid subscription (around £84 a year) collected fortnightly from a brown bin. Worcestershire County Council handles disposal.
