Garden waste goes in a green bin on a paid subscription, collected fortnightly. A weekly food waste collection using a lockable 23-litre grey caddy was introduced in April 2026, collected by dedicated vehicles. Communal properties receive food collections later in 2026. Present bins by 6.30am on collection day. Waste is disposed of via Derbyshire County Council.
