Buckinghamshire Council collects the grey bin (non-recyclable general waste) and the recycling bin (plastic bottles and containers, cans, glass bottles and jars, and cartons) on alternating fortnightly weeks. Paper and card go separately in a dedicated box or container, collected on the same day as your recycling. Food waste is collected weekly in a caddy. Garden waste goes in a bin on a paid subscription (£65 a year). Because Buckinghamshire merged several former district services, container types can differ slightly across Aylesbury, Wycombe, Chiltern and South Bucks.
